Elder Care, a non-profit Healthcare agency in Wisconsin, was having a difficult time verifying the manual records in their timekeeping system and needed a more accurate way to track their workers’ time and job data. In addition, since a majority of their mobile caregivers went directly to patient sites from home, Elder Care needed a way to pinpoint worker locations for expectant patients.
Upon deploying the Gearworks’ application, Elder Care noted a significant change in payroll and mileage reporting accuracy, decreasing both fuel and labor costs. More importantly, Gearworks’ GPS-tracking capabilities enabled them to better estimate worker arrival time, increasing their ability to provide excellent patient care.
